Immunisation Information System to assist in tracking patient vaccination records

 

Our Immunisation Information System works in real-time and provide services for all ages, to clinical public health services, and other organisations.

It is a population-based and confidential computerised system which has been installed in more than 2000 health organisations in Russia.

Our immunisation information system provides confidential, comprehensive immunisation records. It helps to collect, track, store, process, manage and generate reports. Our immunisation information system can be used by schools, childcare providers, colleges and other organisations which are responsible for the management of immunisation.

 

How does it work?

 

In the past,  information regarding vaccination records was entered manually into software. This health information system, works by providing real-time data exchange between immunisation systems and electronic health records systems. It helps to receive and contain data that is timely, accurate and complete. It alerts the user by searching the immunisation history and generating recommendations with regard to administering vaccines based on the health recommendation of the country or district using the system. This system provides patient reminders or, recalls patients for immunisations by generating a reminder that can be sent directly to the individual.

One PC version is suitable for a small organisation with no more than 15000 patients in the database.  It is suggested to use a server system for larger health organisations. This version can provide parallel work in planning, vaccination schedules, alerts, analysis reports, working with different groups of patients, etc.

The system comes with a security USB key for software and health records protection.
